Catalyte-Koch partnership celebrates new software developers

Put our talent to work

“It opens up an entirely new talent pool for us that we hadn’t been tapping into before.” – Chase Koch, president of Koch Disruptive Technologies

In October 2020, we launched a partnership with Koch Industries to discover, train and advance technology talent in its headquarters city of Wichita, Kansas. The response was immediate and we quickly filled two training classes.

The first of these retrained software developers graduated in March and multiple graduates have accepted job offers with Koch companies.

Koch has highlighted what the Catalyte program means for its businesses and for the individuals who graduated in this article and video.

“I think the Catalyte program is helping us think about talent differently,” said Heather Adams-Wedel, learning design collaborator at Koch Industries. “We would have missed out on these folks if we were thinking about talent in the traditional sense.”
