Part of the Markle Foundation, this task force seeks to transform our labor market from one solely focused on traditional credentials like degrees and work history, to one rooted in the skills needed for the jobs of the 21st century.

We sat down with Jacob to discuss this mission further and uncover what benefits a transition to skill-based hiring would have on both workers and employers.
