VP of marketing named RSA Fellow
By Adam Curtis
Catalyte is delighted that Emily Chong, vice president of marketing, was recognized as a fellow of The Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA).
The fellowship is a global community of 30,000 proactive problem solvers, sharing powerful ideas, carrying out cutting-edge research and building networks and opportunities for people to collaborate, influence and demonstrate practical solutions to realize change.
Examples of current Fellows, who come from diverse backgrounds and professions, include Tim Berners-Lee, Judi Dench, Alex James, Benson Taylor and Gareth Malone. Previous Fellows have included Stephen Hawking, Marie Curie, Charles Dickens, Benjamin Franklin and Karl Marx.
In 2019, RSA named Catalyte a winner in its inaugural “Future Work Awards,” recognizing the company for its ability to use algorithms to identify high-potential software developers without the traditional educational background.
“I’m thrilled to be recognized as a fellow of the RSA. In an era where AI and automation threaten to eliminate jobs and disrupt the stability of the middle class, I believe our learnings and research at Catalyte can advance the work of the RSA and provide real-world solutions to affect change. I look forward to developing thought leadership with other members of the RSA on the impact of emerging technologies in the workplace and fundamentally changing the conversations on how we hire, build and retain workforces of the future.” – Emily Chong
