While many companies believe great software developers exist only in a handful of cities, Catalyte has proven otherwise for 20 years. Our ability to find exceptional talent from unexpected places continues as we launch a new program with Koch Industries in Wichita, Kansas.
We’ve begun registration for the first class of 10 people. Just like other Catalyte apprenticeships, this 26-week program will first identify someone’s innate ability to become a great software engineer and then teach them the skills needed to become a full-stack developer. Koch companies will evaluate program graduates for roles as full-time software developers.
Why did Koch select Catalyte for this talent transformation program?
