Catalyte hires seasoned technology executives to expand reach into public and commercial markets

Put our talent to work

There is universal need across employers, both public and commercial sector, for more productive, diverse and cost-effective technology talent. However, each market differs in how it recruits and hires non-traditional talent, like our amazing apprentice developers.

In order to better supply employers with the productive, diverse and cost-effective technology talent they need, Catalyte created two new business units – Digital Services: Commercial and Digital Services: Public Sector.

We’ve hired Minna Rhee as the chief strategy officer for the commercial unit and Marsha Malone as chief strategy officer for the public sector. They join Greg Sybersma, chief strategy officer for the Apprentice business unit.

Minna Rhee – Chief strategy officer, digital services – commercial

Minna has extensive history leading international sales organizations and driving revenue growth for digital and technology companies. She’s excited to mentor and grow diverse talent at Catalyte to deliver clients the best ideas and solutions. Nothing makes Minna happier than spending time with her family and sharing her love of food and travel with them. She will also serve as chief executive officer of Surge – a Catalyte company

Marsha Malone – Chief strategy officer, digital services – public sector

Marsha brings deep IT leadership experience in commercial and government contracting to expand federal, state and local market opportunities for Catalyte. She stands on the shoulders of many exceptional African Americans who “made a way out of no way.” Marsha will use her position to create a more representative tech industry and provide opportunities for people eager to improve their lives.
